How we use information
We use information to operate the service, deliver purchased content, evaluate submitted answers, provide support, maintain account security, improve the learning experience, and meet legal or accounting obligations. We may also send essential service messages and, where permitted, relevant product or exam-preparation updates.
When information may be shared
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared only with service providers needed to run the platform—such as hosting, payment, communications, analytics, or support providers—or when disclosure is required by law, necessary to protect users, or part of a legitimate business transfer. These providers are expected to use information only for the service they perform.
Data retention and security
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including access delivery, records, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to review, correct, or delete eligible account information, or opt out of non-essential communications. Some records may need to be retained for legal, payment, security, or legitimate operational reasons. Use the Contact page so we can verify and process the request safely.
Children and third-party links
If a learner is not legally able to consent independently, a parent or lawful guardian should supervise account creation and purchases. Links to third-party sites are governed by those sites’ own privacy practices.
